As for me, I do not know any such thing. I would think there is a good chance of conviction if the agents did their jobs properly and would certainly hope that was the case. As for a 10 year sentence on each charge, I kind of doubt that but who knows. I suppose that depends a lot on the judge in this particular case at the time of sentencing if the guy is convicted. I say if convicted as is usually my habit in criminal cases because the guy is in essence innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and that is currently my belief and was my belief throughout my 32 year career in LE. Of course, any sentence could also hinge on whether or not the guy takes a plea deal.

Let's hope he's never been involved in an armed bank tobbery or involved with a group of armed tobbers. Armed tobbery really carries some stiff penalties.
