The issue is we should be pushing to make attempts to circumvent the constitution punishable. If SCOTUS finds a "policy" passed is an attempt to circumvent the constitution, then there needs to be criminal consequences.

That's the only way this comes to an end. Otherwise it will continue until they start paying a price for their actions.

This one is hilarious. I hope it passes and wakes people up. I hope the left brags about passing this. I hope they get in trouble and then someone needs to pass a law if a politician makes a bill and simply presents it knowing it’s unconstitutional they get fined $100,000 personally and it goes to whatever group that is fighting against that bill. So say some NYS asshole introduces a bill such as this and they know it’s unconstitutional as they should whatever group filed the last lawsuit for 2a rights gets the $100,000 from the morons personal bank account or salary.
