So if tariffs are a tax passed on to the people how is a tax not a tax that will be passed on to the people? They can’t have it both ways. This man is a moron but I hope it happens and I hope businesses flee the state. Maybe NYC falling is what it will take for people to wake up.

Tariffs aren't exactly the same as being told "When you file your Taxes there will be a line for a special assessment of 25% of your net earnings." Even if they passed it today, unless there was a quarterly earnings tax, it would be a full year before those monies were realized....Tax Accountants are expensive, but worth it!

Regulations and taxes are the best way to destroy capitalism folks. In the future look to upstate NY to send mega bucks to keep NY City running.
During the Chinese cultural revolution. Then during the famine years . Most of the grain raised on the farms were sent to the cities. This was done to quell any uprising ....Folks trying to overthrow the government .. ... The farmers starved to death .....
