That’s not a bomb scare it’s just some one buying parts.

Had a memorable experience at Home Depot in mid-1990's. Went there at around 7pm to pick up a few small items, don't even remember what. Came home at around 11pm. There was an incident in a bar across the street, where someone came back with a gun and there was a hostage situation. Cops placed Home Depot on a lock down for over four hours. People started to riot in the store and cops slowly let us out few at the time. We didn't even know what was going on.
Later on the news I learned what happened. Eventually the guy in the bar fell asleep and they took him into custody.
