Hochul and her Department of Health want the power to lock you up or
lock you down with no proof you are sick, for however long they want, at
whatever location they choose (including in "temporary housing"), with no
way for you to get out of quarantine once you're in there! [You can read
the trial court's decision and the totalitarian reg on Uniting NYS' website
here.] I am interpreting this to mean:

If you don't get all the vaccinations they want you to have, you are a
health risk.

Does Rule 2.13 allow Hochul and her DOH to set up actual quarantine camps?

  • The reason the public has dubbed this regulation the “quarantine camp regulation” is because the language in the reg makes it crystal clear that the DOH can pull you from your home (and your life) and, with the force of police, hold you anywhere they deem appropriate, including “other residential or temporary housing”… Remember, the reg says they don’t have to prove you are sick, they can hold you for however long they want, and there is no way for you to get out of lock up or lock down (unless you get a lawyer and sue them)!!!

That's the way I read it. All illegal! I don't see anything in the Constitution saying this is a OK.

BTW, speaking of Due Process, apparently whorchul can ignore any law/regulation they want.

I site the Red Flag law. The Supreme Court ruled NINE TO ZERO that RFL are unconstitutional...........but who gives a shit about the constitution.

If that isn't the hill I don't know what would be.

Think of the destruction the state could do to their political rivals with this unconstitutional shit. Like hauling the breadwinner of a family off to a camp and then in turn the family loses everything. This could be used to destroy so many people in so many ways. And it's certainly not about public safety.

I really think that it would come down to that. Fucking with someone's family members in such a manner would trigger some sort of violent reaction in some cases. IMHO

Like trying to confiscate guns,.............. a gang of 50 armed persons to take each home, better have thousands of backups as the "disease might affect them all................................who in their right mind would take healthy persons out of their own homes.......... and put them in a camp with unhealthy persons ? communists and their tools.
