The M16 w Grenade Launcher was a great weapon.

My training with it was limited, but the thought of using the fairly complicated sight while under fire was certainly intimidating.

Police arrested a Bronx man on Thursday for allegedly walking down the street wearing a bulletproof vest and carrying a grenade launcher, the NYPD said.

Cruz, who lives in the neighborhood, was arrested soon after, the NYPD said. He faces charges including criminal possession of a weapon and violation of local law, according to police.

Following Cruz' arrest, the NYPD said it obtained a search warrant and found a shotgun, firearm receivers, drill bits, manufacturing tools, a firearm manufacturing template, a shotgun barrel and stock, a hatchet and glock parts inside his apartment.

If his receivers are 80% not milled, or legit registered lowers (not assembled) and his shotgun is registered they have no case. None of that is illegal nor are drill bits, glock parts (if its not 80% milled frame), manufacturing templates or a hatchet.

That would be a tough fight on their part. To try to charge me with a crime for adhering to Coastguard Regs while transiting a navigable waterway. I'm in NYC waters all the time. I believe your coworker is mistaken.
