Now imagine If they find out he was followed home from campus and attached inside as he entered, this case has RIPE for SCOTUS all over it. I can't think of a better case where someone didn't only ask for permission he went so far as to testify for it. His family could sue the crap out at every level of government that prevented the carrying from school. Anyone here who doesn't have a full carry should apply under the self defense. If ever mugged or injured by an assailant your RIPE for a case.
