Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson says his top adviser voting in Texas is ‘personal matter’

Lee has said he is allowed to vote in Texas even though he lives in Chicago.

“Being registered in a city and living in a city aren’t the two same things,” Lee told the Tribune in his interview last week. “You don’t have to be registered to vote to live in a city. And on May 15, (2023,) I had residency in Chicago, and I’ve been a resident.”

This quote from the article cracks me up. It wasn’t me that did anything wrong but the random poll worker lied and did bad not him.
His voting information from last month indicates Lee gave confirmation to the poll worker that he still lives in Texas, though Lee told the Tribune he does not recall such a conversation.

“I don’t know what they asked me. I don’t recall what they asked. It doesn’t matter what they asked me,” Lee said when presented with his voting record from November. “You think that every single interaction at a polling location goes exactly by what they mark?”

New York City is what screws everything up when it comes to the red/blue thing.

Even Long Island and Staten Island votes red.

How about we turn NY red first ?

The point of jerrymandering is to get 51% in many states and 0% in a few.

But, if you think swinging NY red is easier than IL, then go for it.

But, everyone needs to be working the same play or it doesn't work.

When half your offense wants to pass so they run a passing play, and the other half wants to run, so they run that play, it's going to be a disaster.
