OOH, a Strongly Worded Resolution for people that mostly can't and sure as hell won't read it, let alone give a fuck about it....Make the Laws even stronger? About the only thing left it to execute the bastards in the Street, which in some cases isn't a bad idea. The "Most Dysfunctional Legislature in the Country" (NY) screwed the pooch with their "Bail Reform" and the CCIA, what makes anyone think the same self=aggrandizing fucktards will do anything to make the situation better? Most if not all of those illegal shootings and murders occurred in Black neighborhoods and concentrated areas...everyone knows the problems, but no one dares call for the resolutions because they'll be called Raciest.
