In theory, I don't have a problem with inclusion. The problem is a lot of DEI managers are just closet racists against white people is the problem. That's the dirty reality.

You can't say you want to include everyone, and then celebrate all races but one.

DEI is BS. Diversity for its own sake is bad and discriminatory. Equity is BS. Equality is fine. Inclusion is just a buzzword for quotas and mandates.

DEI is nothing more than a rehash of the "Affirmative Action" program that abjectly failed because it demanded you hire on physical appearance opposed to traditional values such as ability, intelligence, training, skill, etc. It was bullshit then, it's bullshit now, and even if we become communists it'll still be bullshit.
