CARMEL – A Danbury, Connecticut man, who was stopped while driving erratically on Route 301 in the Town of Carmel, was found to be driving while intoxicated and in possession of marijuana.Nicoklai Plastini, 31, previously lived in Carmel with his parents.
That was only the beginning of the investigation into the March 18 incident that was made public on Monday. Putnam County Sheriff’s deputies found Plastini in possession of a .410 gauge shotgun, .410 gauge shotgun shells, and a notebook appearing to be a manifesto stating his intention to kill people and the reasons why.
