Dollar General in Niagara County has Bush at $5.25 for a 16oz six pack. Was $4.50 months ago but went up. They have the cheapest beer prices I've found so far.

I'd give it a try. Having tried just about all the off the shelf brands in the last couple months I have to say most of them suck pretty bad, some are almost undrinkable. What happened to a good quality flavorful American brewed beer? Years ago I had my preferences in these same named brands, but they were all fairly good and drinkable, those same brands today are terrible! Modern brewing methods have sucked the life, quality, and soul out of American beer.

They just timed it right, and got a little lucky. $1MM in sales was probably at a loss.

The beer itself hardly matters. It's all about the capital and marketing. Look at Americas taste in beer if you think I'm lying.

Sam Adams was the first company I can think of that brought good beer mainstream.
