I heard about this from that one lawyer kid on youtube. CA actually has/had a bunch of favorable 2A cases in recent years but the problem is they always appeal them and then they get caught up in the court system for years waiting to see IF the supreme court will take it up. They simply end up with stuff like "freedom week" and then are just back to square one.
Yes but all those cases are now currently awaiting the NYSRPA ruling before some of the 9th Circuit rules on one of them..
Others are waiting to hear if scotus takes up one of the first Cali cases if not then the 9th will rule on others that came after it
A 3 judge panel made this decision. It will certainly go in front of the entire court where it will be overruled. That's how the 9th circuit works. Any ruling that they dont like faces the full court, where commies outnumber sane justices.
