JT has always been someplace that Buffalo thugs go when on the run from cops or rival gangs, but they used to lay low and sell dime bags of weed to live.

my wife works in Jamestown, and I hate it. there were two police chases through the campus she works at last year.
Yeah, I've been wondering what's been going on in Jamestown lately. For a while there Jamestown was in the news every couple of days. The police say it's the criminal element battling it out among themselves.
Yes, I should have clarified that these home invasions and shootings are all amoung criminals. One crim kicking in the door of another to steal heroin and cash.
There is a HUGE heroin problem here, maybe the worst in the state.

Buffalo is also suffering an opiate abuse/overdose epidemic. I guess central registration of already registered handguns and ball busting permit holders will fix that problem too. Money well spent Albany.

I'm afraid the heroin epidemic is getting worse all across NYS. Syracuse and surrounding suburbs have seen a 10 fold increase in overdoses and crime related incidents. Addicts are doing whatever it takes to get the money necessary for their next fix. The cesspool that NY is becoming is getting bigger every year. Now, with NY jumping feet first into the casino business across the state we are going to see a huge increase in drugs and crime that follow the trade.
That's because more and more producers are leaving NYS everyday! The ratio is constantly tipping in the cesspools favor every time another producer leaves. It is pathetic what is being allowed to happen to NYS.
I guess this is all working in cumho's favor when it comes to his twisted social experiment.

No question that the cancer is spreading. I see it in my business travels around upstate. Seems like Jamestown has really gotten bad. I see the same stuff in N Falls, Buffalo, Rochester, Elmira and some elsewhere too.
Scary shit that can strike randomly. I'm damn glad to be able to carry when traveling these days.

Legalize it, hell, give it away free by the pound. They'll OD themselves and well be done with it. Imagine what would happen to the gangs if all their sources of income went away ?
Then you will have worse problems.
Junkies are lazy, they dont work. Also, junkies are unhealthy and have alot of medical problems. We would have to pay for their drugs, pay their rent, food, and healthcare.
They have no cash, they would still need to get cash for legal heroin. Heroin does not grow like weed, it is processed and would be extremely expensive to make or import.
Then, junkies dont just steal for drug money, they steal for ALL money.
Id rather pay for prisons than all that.
Contrary to some beliefs, drug addiction is NOT a disease. Its a choice and is overcome with abstinence.
I think that we should not be spending public $ to save these addicts from their destructive, life threatening behavior. No more reviving heroin drug overdosers. In fact, I think that if you are taken to an ER and it is determined that you are OD'd on illegal drugs like heroin, Fentanyl, etc., that they should immediately stop treating you (at my taxpaying expense), and dump your dumb ass outside the ER on the curb.
While I agree with this observation; I would like to say that Buffalo has an asshole problem.
These Mutts are not killing because of Opiates. They are killing because they suck as human beings. Plain and simple.
These fucking animals just don't care. They care about nothing. I see it each and everyday.
This has nothing to do with the SAFE Act, most of them don't even know what that is.

Sure, you would still have junkies committing crime.
That's not the point. You would no longer have organized criminal enterprises competing for their stolen goods.
Furthermore, they are not going to become decent human beings just because you try to take their drugs. Honestly, how much worse than what we've got do you think it could get ?
