Do it. I love mine on my Glock 43. Whatever people say about the utility of a laser, it does make quick shots on target immensely easier. Just my

I’m not a fan of laser sights. My father-in-law is, however, and has one for his Bodyguard, LCP and Glock 43.
I honestly have used all three recently and in the past and I find them useless. I’d suggest spending your money else where.
Maybe learn to point shoot or try hip firing at 3 yards and see if you really need the extra indicator you’re on target.
Either way, it’s your money and do whatever you want with it.

I’ve heard this argument before and quite frankly I don’t understand it. You’re not going to activate it like a damn light saber. When you do use it it’s because you’re on target and nano seconds from pulling the trigger.

Depends on the style of Crimson Trace. Some, like my father-in-law’s revolver has an in-grip activation meaning if you’re drawing it’s already on. So, if you’re holding a choke point such as a door, it gives you away since you’re likely panicked and holding the grip firmly enough to activate the laser.
Now if it’s a push-button away from the grip you’re drawing, activating, firing? Seems like an additional step that’s only good if you have a significant advantage.
Again, I don’t like them. However, they aren’t terribly harmful if you’re using it for home defense.
