the Auto Key Card was under sized ..

even if you cut it out it won't fit or work .. and it needed a special AR bolt for it to even work ..

I didn't follow the trial, but it seemed like a really, really, weak case. Pretty amazing it went down like this.
Wasn't Matt Larosiere his attorney? He always seems like hes on top of his game, maybe not I suppose.

I dont understand at all how CRS got jammed up for this. He advertised for the other guy and then fund raised for him. Even if he had one that worked in his possession who cares, he had his SOT. Pissed in the wrong bowl of Wheaties.

He went down because he sold them or aided in a sale of a product with the intent of distributing or helping create an illegal product. Similar to buying cold medicine to be made into crystal meth.

What if I hold a paid seminar and have a very detailed presentation on how to make NFA items with basic hand tools?

Well yes and no. If we are talking about AR's the plastic version relies on a thin section to flex as the bolt reciprocates. A cast version would not work. This is why the stamped steel version like the auto key card are two pieces, its a pivot.
