Maybe but most of them have a full and complete pardon. Biden will never spend a minute in jail so is it money well spent? Half the country won’t believe it and will think Trump made it up as retaliation to get rid of democracy. Biden has already been found unfit to stand trial. There are a lot more people implicated than just the ones he pardoned.
And the people who did get pardons didn't act alone. Every accomplice needs to be prosecuted.
We need to set a precedent that "your boss may get a pardon, but you'll go to prison if you help him".
The lackeys should all be scared shitless of being asked to participate in anything like this again.
Plus, a lot of these crimes are international. They may have a pardon in the US, but that doesn't preclude extradition.
