Steam cleaning is a one-time deal when you are either placing a new boat at a specific numbered site, or moving your boat permanently from one place to another. Why would they have to rescue more people because of covid ?
Also, isn't that their job ?
If they really did have half as many rescues to perform, did they lay off half the first responders ?
