They didn’t expressly say it was a picture taken at school and said it was circulating at school so I would have to imagine this was at home. I have a huge issue with this especially in a rural district like dunkirk. I have taken pictures of my children with guns. I recently built a gun for my oldest and photographed him with it and it’s perfectly legal for me to do that for him.
