Brian Britton, 50, was sentenced to 25 years to life for killing his family with a shotgun in 1989 when he was 16. He has been incarcerated since 1990.

This is unbelievable. A sister survived despite being shot twice. She doesn't want him out and fears he may go after her again. WTF is wrong with this government? If she shot him as soon as he left the prison gates I would give her a medal. I can't even imagine the level of fear she must have. Madness.
