It means if there are any emergency appeals for a stay (or to prevent) the electoral commissions in those states from certifying the electoral results for those states, it will be handled by the justices assigned to those district courts. Having conservative justices making that decision pending full Supreme Court review is HUGE!

If Trump's team can convincingly argue that there is a question to the legitimacy of the votes in say Pennsylvania, and they can convince the Federal Circuit court to hold up PA's electoral votes past the deadline because of that, they won't be counted for either side, making it harder for either side to hit 271. That means the state delegations in the House would make the call. And there are more Republican states than dem.

If, and it is a big if, this happens I hope they wouldn't be afraid to do the right thing for fear of the violence that would occur if Trump was declared the victor. It should be right over wrong, not fear of violence for a decision.

The chairman of the Federal Elections Commission (FEC), Trey Trainor, said reports of voter fraud in key battleground states are credible.

In a recent interview, he pointed out that Democrat officials removing GOP poll watchers from polling locations is a violation of state law and federal court orders.

“When you have claims of, you know, 10,000 people who don’t live in the state of Nevada having voted in Neveda, you have the video…they’re (poll workers) either duplicating a spoiled ballot there or they’re in the process of marking a ballot that came in blank for a vote,” Trainor explained.

Maybe they should balance the violence that might occur if Trump wins with the violence that could occur if Biden is alowed to steal the election in their decision.

Its not just the left who would be angry.

Once state votes are certified by the respective governors, there is no constitutional option to "uncertify" those results even if additional information comes to light.

It is quite possible that the Dems could be shown to have stolen the election, after the fact, while keeping the power that they have seized.

In such an eventuality, does the real American electorate have the resolve to use the second amendment to remedy a proven-corrupt federal government that refuses to impeach a poser in the White House?

That's not the approach that the courts will take.

Judges will be loathe to invalidate citizens' votes and cause disenfranchisement.

Unless ballots can be proven to be invalid, the judges will certainly err on the side of not discarding cast votes.

Sure, illegitimate votes cause real voters to be disenfranchised. But, the burden of proof required to show the fraud is exceedingly high. Our enemy knows this. They are counting on it.

Gamblers feel the same way about this presidential election. This presidential election is rancid. It feels as fixed as that Giants-Eagles NFL football game. Let me give you the details of this election- from a gambler’s perspective.

Many of us could see this coming well ahead of time. The existing system lacks enough protections for it to deliver a trustworthy result. There is no way to reconcile this election without re-doing it with robust audit trails and proper transparency.

You can count and recount fraudulent ballots as many times as you want, it's the validity of the ballots themselves that's in question.

Think of it this way, if the IRS went to audit your return, but you had tossed all your receipts, etc. What could you do ?

Would it even matter if all your deductions were legitimate if you couldn't prove it ? The IRS isn't going to sit there and try to prove your deduction is fraudulent, they're just going to say "you can't prove it's legitimate, so that makes it invalid"

They can't prove the votes are legitimate.

Recounts are just checking the math on the 1040. Without the proof the deductions are legitimate it doesn't prove anything just because the totals add up.
