Woods Hole, that found the Titanic was 100%, a Dept of Commerce funded org. but only 70% now. THE TITANIC HUNT, 100% WAS PAID FOR BY USA

DOD/Navy/CIA/DHS/NSA,NRO, are also full of funding projects that are a cover for waste.
