There are no laws being enforced right now on who can or can not entertain the USA so there is no such thing as an illegal immigrant right now in the USA. They can’t vet them and they know it. So I'll just say. U.S. immigration laws may not be being enforced right now, but the U.S. immigration laws are still in place. Being that the laws are still in place, means that they are Illegal Aliens whether the laws are being enforced or not, it's still the law.
