Supreme Court rules that Mandatory Life sentencing Is a violation for underage offenders... Well, it's interesting, but doesn't resonate with the crime of Terrorism to which he was convicted. Death taken off the table as a part of a plea deal with the perpetrator admitting his guilt, it's counter intuitive to think somehow or another, a person, knowingly engaged in the intentional taking of life, not a person who happened to be a participant in a crime of opportunity, be given any leeway to wiggle out of nothing LESS than life in prison as an alternative to death! So by decree, the SCOTUS has given "get out of the electric chair" free cards for anyone who wants to kill someone, just do it before you're 18 and you'll get a chance for parole when you're 43... Defense attorney will argue that since the full weight of the SCOTUs decision was unknown at the time, the defendant's plea should then be retracted as well... It'll get slippery real fast retroacting the ruling!

Fact is... A $1 slug ends all the arguing! But we will spend millions incarcerating, prosecuting, defending, feeding, clothing and providing medical care, education, housing, etc, for this piece of garbage that is stealing air from all the law abiding citizens. Simply amazing!

And by now I am sure he is converted to radical Islam!
No death penalty for kids but he was old enough to fucking know better leave him in jail
