Not many birds flew in but we shot 10 and had some good fun even know I was seriously over tired.
To me 50 years old doesn't seem that old until you hunt with a few guys in their 20's. Long walk in the field to get out to the blind and I dont feel like Im walking slow,,,even know they are 10yds ahead of me.
Couldn't sleep last night because of my analmenagitis. Running shit through my head about telling the guys where I think the blind should go because I measured everything and the best spot was 133yds away from the closest house and by law you have to be 166yds (500ft) away. Trying to tell 20 year olds how to do something when they know everything, kind of makes me want to say nothing,,,,though I didn't want to be arrested.
Anyways,,,it was a really good time and they were certainly tasty when I got home. Goose breast wrapped in bacon and stuffed with cream cheese and jalapenos,,,then cooked and smoked on the grill,,,,,,,,,,,,with a few bottles of something that even made me more tired. I still haven't napped yet LoL
