FRT update: Trumps ATF settles, what about NYS?

Now that FRT's (Forced Reset Triggers) are legal again at the Fed level, what is the status in NYS? Are FRT's banned by legislation in NYS?

An FRT is not a banned feature of a semi auto rifle, shotgun or pistol in the SAFE Act.

I am surprised you have to ask. If it is fun it is banned in the PRNY.
The bill below never became law so the FRT may be legal. But that is just a quick google search. Not sure if there is anything else out there.
