A local neighbor/actor has been harassing this range with lawsuits, trying to get it shut down.

The range has a gofundme, to fight back against the frivolous lawsuits.

None other than Jeffrey DeMunn, who played Dale Horvath on the Walking Dead. FUJD.

Hello I am the owner of Sheepdog Warrior Range. Acer-m14 is one of my most beloved followers, he has a personal relationship with the Actor that lives over one mile from the range. Acer-m14 lives approximately 5 miles away, and was kind enough to file a complaint with the EPA. Acker-m14 also a self proclaimed sound engineer provided the Town with sound recordings from the actors location which were enhanced by the use of a parabolic microphone ,in an attempt to create the illusion that the sound from the range was at an unreasonable level.
I felt obligated to expose Acker-m14 to all of the second amendment supporting members of this forum.

Btw, I was born and raised in the neighborhood of the range. I hope your troubles go away as I plan to take some training there in the fall.

I think you're going to find a lot of people will be skeptical of that claim as Acer has been a member here for a long time and comes off as nothing less than a gun enthusiast and second amendment supporter. Many would find it hard to believe that such a person would try to get a shooting range shut down.

I'm hoping it's nothing more than a mistaken identity. As I said in the post above, I'm glad you're here, I hope you stick around and I've personally donated to help support the fight you're going through.
