If you listen to some of what he's saying, the best spots to be concealed seem to be areas with a lot of overhead cover, thick vegetation. Winter time would hard in something like NY, but summer time? Sounds like summer time would be a nightmare for a drone to pick someone up in the forests upstate.
Hunker down for the winters, move in the summer and spring.

Drones are being used with explosives today in Ukraine. Chasing down soldiers with grenades on them, killing them in ditches. The technology today that exists, allows drones to swarm in mass and conduct complex maneuvers, preprogrammed. Jamming them, or taking over their signal is the only way to defeat them covertly. That tech is changing as well. Drone warfare is here. I'm sure it won't be too long before we see assassinations of world figures using them.
