Yeah well if Texas didn't win with their suit contending they will protect their border with Mexico, this is going no where as its clearly within the powers of the executive branch.

On a side note though, the DOJ should be looking into any foreign money, whether through NGO's or not, that these politicians who support these lawsuits have received. We know they all have.

I bet these states will claim they are forced to make cuts to fire fighters, teachers, public transportation, and other critical services, and then have to raise taxes on fuel, energy, wages, etc. to offset the tariffs.
