We need to make them stop. Time to stop clinging to an imaginary future. The Founding Fathers risked liberty, life and limb to free themselves from the shackles of tyranny and found our nation. Why should we do anything less to preserve it?
The buck stops here. I'd rather die like a dog than live under a single further infringement of our natural born rights. The Second Revolution or a life of servitude and domination awaits us!

I wrote an old fashioned letter to Pete King and it goes out in the mail tomorrow. I asked him to not support the broad, nebulously worded proposed bill H.R.3999. I recommend everyone do the same, and write to your local Representative, too.
From NRA/ILA 10/11/17, Massachusetts is already ramming through a similar bill :
"Today, without considering the unintended effects of such poorly thought out legislation, the Massachusetts state House of Representatives passed Amendment 1 attached to House Bill 3951 with overreaching language that would ban modifications commonly made to firearms by law-abiding citizens. "
"Offered by state Representative David Linsky (D-5th Middlesex), Amendment 1 bans “any device which attaches to a [firearm]… that is designed to increase the rate of discharge” or the modification of any firearm “with the intent to increase its rate of discharge.” This broad language could be easily interpreted to ban match grade triggers, ergonomic enhancements, recoil reducing weights, muzzle brakes, and other modifications that countless law-abiding gun owners utilize in order to make their firearms more user friendly and suitable for self-defense, competition, hunting, and even adapting to physical disability. Many of these modifications simply make it easier to deliver accurate and controlled shots with less physical discomfort for the shooter without fundamentally changing the mechanics of how a firearm operates."

I find it interesting that whenever there is some politician, or other figure who attacks our 2nd Amendment rights, is to look at where they are located. First off, most of them live in places that are very anti gun, - name the person, and look at the state. Most if not all of them are protected by massive armed security: Bloomberg, Cuomo, Feinstein, Pelosi, Bluementhal, Obama, Clinton, Shannon Watts, and on and on... They hide in secure buildings, gated and well guarded communities, behind walls galore, and many of them work in gun free zones, - except for the security that surrounds them 24/7. They hide out in fortified buildings, and ride in armored vehicles. In the event of a citizen uprising ever occuring to take back our government against traitors, the task will not be easy.
I guess the point I'm making, is that those who are hell bent on taking away our rights are well protected from the masses who would oppose their views, and who, if and when the tide turns, will be well protected from those who would come after them.
It would be hilarious if those fuckers suddenly had to walk and live among the masses without all of their armed protectors. I think Hillary, for one, would flip out and commit suicide within days if that ever happened to her.

Let them bunker up, what can they do then? Particularly after their power, water and gas have been cut. They do have security, and staff and a whole parade of support people in the background, many of whom I doubt tgese politicians know. We are many, theu are few, we are the faceless masses, we know them, they don't know us. We drive there cars, fix their cable, install their office and home electronics, we drive the ambulances and take and respond to their 911 calls!
