So a citizen was driving around Cleveland with police scanners going and live-streaming his search. He got pulled over, disarmed by the Po-Po, and told to "cease and desist". Apparently the fact he was wearing a Punisher shirt didn't help.

I'm not sure how I feel.. on the one hand, it reeks of vigilantism, on the other if he doesn't confront and is just an extra pair of eyes, why wouldn't the police want help? This animal needs to be stopped.
