Guy shoots dog & leaves it on the side of the road to die

Social media was buzzing yesterday trying to find out who the owner was of a dog some people found on the side of Rt 481. They had to put it down due to the extent of injuries. Well they found the owner apparently... I hope he gets what he deserves.
