This almost was voted on (and from the sounds of it most likely would have passed, not "SAGA is totsMgoats gonna pass", but like had a good shot) but then some Bernie nut job shot up the Rep. Whip while at softball practice the day before (or of) the vote so it was side lined

Nothing new, NY has had a ban on suppressors since the Sullivan Act back in 1911
