I used to live in Kingston. Was born there, moved away from there, came back for awhile and then moved to Lewis County.
Good luck with the pistol permit, they are usually good there but I reckon you will get some restrictions to start. I got unrestricted off the bat but then again I got the right judge and was the only one that came to the interview in a suit.
