Wouldn't that be awesome. SCOTUS finally making it clear banning AR-15s is unconstitutional. Of course the tyrants will simply ignore the ruling and pass new laws. Probably require everyone to register and permit all existing and new semi-automatic rifles and magazines through an arduous process. Then prohibit them from being taken out of the home. Arrest anyone in posession of a semi-auto without a permit and make them a felon.
Sometimes I wonder if it is even worth having these laws struck down. They will simply come back with something worse. They created the semi auto permit for a reason. They need an excuse to expand it and they will.

Just more of the Dem's attempts to demonize police. Put them in a position to have to choose between their jobs and what's right (yes, I know this is being discussed in another thread). The Dems are trying to push all the buttons to spark off a civil war in the hopes they can then try to "legitimately" ban freedom. They have, apparently, never read a single history book to see what the usual end result is.
Four-boxes Diner has already discussed what is likely to happen. And that is.... nothing. It will get punted back down to the Circus court so they can continue to sit on it indefinitely, like 2nd circus is doing to the NY lawsuits.

I would love to see freedom come back to NY but I am very pessimistic on this. The Bruen decision gave me some hope that things were looking up. That didn’t last long. Unless there is a complete 180 of the ruling class in NY things will only progressively get worse.
SCOTUS members read EVERY lower court decision, regarding constitutional issues, state and Fed, and every legislative act, from States like NYS that are clear affronts to the rule of law, Federal and State........
