From reading the article this to me is 100% a scapegoat for her being called out on the increase in crimes and especially those on the subway. No way that punk that pushed the guy onto the train tracks was mentally ill like she’s claiming. They all jumped the fare and then the guy walked by, hid, and then waited for the train to come prior to pushing him onto the tracks. This crap is scary and she is using public fear to push this through.
