Are you kidding, if you were not shown how to use a flipper I would suggest taking the NRA reloading basic class. better then trying to find this all out on you tube
You see that plastic tray you dump them in on the primer tool? See the little bumps/ridges? Dump the primers on that tray and give it a little jiggle. Prepare to be amazed.
Here is another fun fact. The closer the primers are to each other (in the packaging), the less potent they are. Hence Federal primers are the farthest spaced apart and often known for being the most potent. It's due to packaging safety requirements. The Remington are (I think) the closest together.
