I know this company, - Buckeye Fire in Kings Mountain, a bit west of Charlotte. And yeah, the factory (like many, many others down here is full of suspected illegals who basically speak only Spanish. Mid-level managers here need to be bilingual just to do their jobs.

The illegals (suspected, not yet convicted) are all over down here. When I go to COSTCO to shop, it seems like 80% of them are speaking in Spanish. And they are everywhere else as well. And I mean EVERYWHERE! We really do need to make E-Verify, or whatever else we have, to have teeth, - this crap needs to end.
Two changes I noticed just recently: First, a very popular Mexican Restaurant in Fort Mill, SC that we go to often. Last week when we went, it was only 25% filled, - and as long as we have been going there (for years), it has always been jam packed. Not so recently.
Secondly, we were in Monroe, NC last week (another suburb of Charlotte), and we noticed that the local Flea Market on I-74 just north of Rocky River Road, was ABANDONED and now the property is For Sale. That Flea Market has always been packed with Spanish speaking vendors (and buyers). Literally a couple of hundred vendor stalls selling everything imaginable, up to and including Legal Services (multilingual, naturally!) It was just like being in Tijuana, Mexico, (for those of you who have ever been there).
