I guess that this would be a racist policy, according to the Liberal Progressives. After all, it's too difficult for minorities to get identification to vote. So, it must be way too difficult for minorities to get firearms permits and insurance policies. Heck, identification could even be required to obtain a firearms permit. That would exclude minorities from exercising their 2nd amendment rights. See....Democrat-promoted discrimination.
