If your goal is the destruction of the USA, then Biden has improved the situation at the border immensely.
The "improvement" is that instead of having to find cracks in the border protections they are being bused in by our own government, given a place to live and "free" money, and allowed to vote in our elections (as long as they vote for Democrats).
