No. It's just a barrel with holes in it. Hence the name, " Ported Barrel."
It cannot be a muzzle device since it cannot be attached to a muzzle. It's a full barrel.

His firearms are alot more then bling. I thought same thing but he really is trying to reinvent things. He has his own suppressor based off car muffler design and now making his own ammo

FUAC has no choice but to work with it. If he considers that a muzzle device, than the firearm has no barrel.
That argument would never hold water. It would be like having a really long barrel and calling it a silencer because it is less louder than a shorter barrel.

Dont you think this line of attack could be used against unsafe, since the ATF (which should be the name of a convenience store) clearly says that the muzzle brake/flash supressor/integral silencer/ permainent whatever is part of the barrel for minimum length purposes?
I doubt it in this court system. The law from day one has been obscure enough so it should been ruled unconditional. The only way this will go away is a successful challenge in SCOTUS. It's looking better with the current administration and some of the court cases that are working their way up the system. Personally I doubt we will se real relief for at least 4 years.

It is like watching the devolution of a firearm back to an earlier form. That rifle reminds me of something that might have been around half a century ago. Akin to the M-14 was an evolution of the M-1. FUAC

There is not too much that Jesse James makes that I like, this is no exception. That is F'en ugly! His bikes were ugly so are his guns.

Ahhh no, he hand makes all the parts himself. Some parts he even hand forges.
As far as price, his guns are actually on par or less than many inferior guns that are made with bought parts.
Also, hes really done his homework. He stopped making bikes and has dedicated his time to fabricating and building guns.
