Jimenez firearms shutdown by the ATF in conjunction with Everytown lawsuits

I found this rather alarming. Suit claims if you make cheap firearms and gangster prefer your firearms you’re a public nuisance and can be sued forcing you out of business due to legal costs. Then they applied for a new FFL and everytown sued the ATF saying they should be barred from getting the license and the ATF obliged. I don’t know the background on this firearms company, but seems odd to me.

For a long time it was glock being used the most in gun crimes, but I think they want to get a few others under their belts before they go after the big boys. Need to set a standard before that.

That’s what I meant by did they know he was trafficking them. I’m sure they didn’t send them to snoop dog on the corner. I agree it sounds fishy to me.
Also in the article is while they were in bankruptcy everytown bought all their frames and had them melted down. I’ll bet they all get melted down and none of them made it on the streets.
