Federal Law provides for the retention and prohibits the destruction of Records, but the Dems, most glaringly starting with Hillary knew that if the Records/e-mail's/files were destroyed then proving their destruction turns into an endless loop of speculation and deniability, and while there was speculation, innuendo, and Grand Standing, NOTHING was done about it, no one was prosecuted let alone Jailed, there were no Fines imposed, and the Government as a whole become emboldened to execute any mischief it wanted with impunity...."Sorry, we have no record of that communicate, are you sure you sent it to us?...We have no record, so how can you accuse us of deleting it? I was thinking bon fire but yeah same gist. The government do this and they will admit it. My dad had some troubles at work and was threatened by some Ahole scum bag cop and it was recorded because he couldn’t hold his temper. He asked for the tape and they said no so he said well I’ll file a freedom of information request and they responded that’s fine we never hit the button on the recorder and you’ll get a blank tape because that’s all we have. They won that round but the Ahole cop died or horrible death and once he was no longer upper tier and retired he found out how much people hated him.
