ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Three Clyde-Savannah High School students accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old student will be tried in Youth Part Court. That means the public will have access to details of the case.
A Wayne County judge ruled Thursday on whether the three would be tried in Youth Part Court or in Family Court. If the case was to tried in Family Court, all details would be private, and the defendants’ records would be sealed.
