Then I want the ability to sue ANY manufacturer of ANY item that I believe is responsible for ANY act committed against me using their product. Doing away with the PLCAA will be so wrapped up in court litigation for years to come that Hillary Clinton will be dead and buried before anything is even done.

Any decision here will affect some of the biggest manufactors in the United States and there's plenty of money that they're going to pump into the legal system to fight tooth and nail in preserving their protection.

But just in case I think I'm going to file suit against Trojan brand condoms for mental anguish pain and suffering in having to endure the Clintons. Obviously thier condoms must've broke on multiple occasions leading to unnecessary childbirth.

You can't do as you say, remove protections form one industry and protect another under the same premisis, ie, as in here, that the manufacturers are negligent and fail to warn of the inherent danger of the firearm. Do you think the surgeon general warning then on cigarette packs absolve the tobacco industry of the millions who have died from lung cancer? Or Auto Manufacturers from DWI deaths and Racing deaths? Tickets? How about the Chemical industry? You're confused! It just doesn't work like that, and is why the lawsuit was dismissed. And an easy way around it would be that individual States enact laws much as the one we are talking about, protecting the Manufacturer within the State. Fed's won't be able to do squat. Then the dealers? Really? Same example, because a car dealer would then be liable for selling an auto to a punk kid who drives off the lot in his new Hemi Charger @ 100mph and kills someone.
