• A-10352, Prohibits game taken by a firearm using lead ammunition from being donated for human consumption, has been Reported. Companion S-9473 introduced to EnCon.
• S-5813A, Relates to imposing an excise tax on firearms and ammunition, has been amended and resubmitted to Budget & Revenue. Companion A-10536 introduced to Ways & Means.

I believe that`s how we got the NY-UNsafeAct shoved down our throats. They just seem to do whatever the fk they want.

Actually it was a betrayal by Dean Skelos who was at the time the Republican Majority Senate Leader....that's right, one of our own sold us out.
Tom King who as President of NYSRPA was there outside Dean's Office about 11:30 Saturday Night, when Skelos came out and said "Go Home Tom, NOTHING'S going to happen tonight." then the lying motherfucker went right down to the Senate Floor and called for a Vote and it passed...Cuomo finished jerking everyone off and signed it the next morning.
Know who got us the first Assault Weapons Ban in New York? The one that exactly mirrored the already in effect Federal Assault Weapons Ban (sans the Sunset provision): It was Governor George Pataki, A Republican..."I had to or it was going to be much worse"... bull-fucking-shit!

Wowwwww, you just brought back a whole lot right there my friend. Yep, i do recall alot of that now. My old memory isn`t as good at remembering all this stuff anymore. So much is being thrown at us anymore, its just fucking pathetic. Still waitin on the wife to give her retirement notice at her job, and we`re out of this shithole state for good. A close friend of mine, just retired, he`s packin it up and leaving NYS in a couple months.
