He says his password isn't recognized and password recovery through email isn't working.

I got suspended last night 9/15/25 Then it said after a few hours that the cloud would not recognize this forum ....

I got the same message. You didn’t get suspended, the entire forum was suspended. There was a glitch in the matrix.

@kev74 If you're in touch with him, let him know if he sends us a contact email with a different e-mail provider I can put it on his account and he'll get the emails. Currently, I can't even contact him because our emails get bounced.

I can try contacting him with a 'backup' e-mail address, that's not from our domain, but I won't be able to do that until later.

He's been locked out since March I think he told me.

If you can give me a way he can contact you, I'll pass it along. He wasn't successful at contacting you guys through the forum.

FYI... when I type "@masterswimmer", his name doesn't pop up like an active forum member's name does.
