You are poor and struggling because the "man" is keeping you down. Not because you don't embrace education and enterprise.
Your people are dying from gang violence because there are too many guns in coming into your neighborhood. Not because your community hates and don't trust each other.
Stick with sports and entertainment you're the best at that. You wouldn't be any good in science, engineering, medicine or finance.
The government will provide all your needs. No need to monitor your kids education. No need to pool your communities resources for mutual self benefits.
