A federal judge on Wednesday ordered the Biden Justice Department to produce a copy of a search warrant executed at his Mar-a-Lago estate, where the FBI conducted a nine-hour-plus search on Monday.


Federal Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart ordered the DOJ to “file a Response to the Motion to Unseal” the warrant after requests were made by the Times-Union, a newspaper located in Albany, N.Y., as well as the conservative legal group Judicial Watch.


The judge said that the DOJ must respond no later than Aug. 15, reports said.

listening to the Ben Shapiro show today he said that they went for classified documents but the President of the USA can declassify the documents and keep them. A federal agency(the archives) asked for these documents back and it sounds like there was a delay in returning them or possibly a mix up as he may have been allowed to have these. By recusing himself (or having any involvement) in the Trump v. Clinton case for an assumed bias, Reinhart's authority to then turn around and OK the search warrant should have been nullified. Illegal search & seizure? Could any seized "evidence" now be inadmissible?

I'm not sure lawsuits will work, particularly if filed in federal court. That branch seems to be corrupted pretty badly.
