He loves guns, family, and animals. And he's a great "poster boy" for the 2nd.

I do wonder about his safety at times (think I've heard a ricochet or two in videos), but love his content. I don't have the time to watch all of his other channels though. (OffTheRanch and VetRanch)

Vet Ranch is what really humanizes him as a good 2A advocate. On one hand you have this guy who loves saving animals, and is a doctor. That takes intelligence, and compassion -- things the left do not associate with pro-2A people at all.

First handgun I ever shot was my brother in law's IMI Desert Eagle 357. Been wanting one ever since, one of the sweetest shooting handguns I've fired. I have big hands so it fit me well and just plain shot beautifully. A bit hard to conceal though lol.

He's been known to shoot at large rocks and steel at fairly close range. Hasn't died yet so I'm not judging.

I, too, was intrigued.. but for $1600 I'll wait.

I have a Ruger revolver in .357 Magnum that is not fun to shoot (probably just like Matt doesn't like his S&W .500), but a semi-auto would probably be a little easier to control.
